Month end feature in Retail POS Accounts

Month end feature which is used to close or freeze the particular month from the accounts transaction.

Business rules

• There should be the menu called “Month end process” in accounts under process module and user should open that month end menu screen to freeze a specific month in accounts.
• In month end screen, select the specific month and proceed month end process by pressing the function key proceed.
• Once it completed, then the transaction for the selected month will be closed and user will not be allowed to edit that particular month transactions in accounts application.
