Beneficiary import feature in Retail POS Accounts

Beneficiary import feature is used to import the beneficiary details of the ledgers in through excel templates.

Business rules

• There should be beneficiary import menu for user to import beneficiary details through excel template.
• The excel template will have the following columns,
  • Ledger name
  • Account No
  • Account holder name
  • Bank name
  • IFSC code
  • Account type
• Once user filled the excel template with required details, user can upload the beneficiary details sheet in system.
• If data having any error, system will display the error.
• If no error in data, then all the beneficiary details will updated to ledgers.
• Before import process starts, system should have taken the current data in backup.
