Connect banking payment feature in Retail POS Accounts

Connect banking payment screen is used to proceed the bank payment to the ledgers directly from POS accounts.

Business rules

• Connect banking payment screen used to user only when the connect banking is enabled.
• Connect banking payment is the screen where the bank payment is proceeded to ledgers by user.
• Only completed payment entries can be proceeded to suppliers or ledgers by user.
• So user should complete the payment entry in payment screen for ledgers.
• Then there should be the banking payment screen for user to proceed the direct payment ,
• User should open that banking payment screen. Then all the completed bank payment entries will list out here (NEFT/RTGS payment).
• User should select specific payment entry and should press the function key called “proceed via ICICI”.
• Once “proceed via ICICI” function key is pressed, system will generate the otp to business owner.
• Then owner will enter that otp in this banking payment screen and then click on the function key called proceed.
• Then system will proceed the payment from the bank to ledger.
• This process cannot be edited in bank payment screen, since it transferring the amount directly from the real bank.
